Scope & Acceptance

These Terms apply to the marketing website at chirpback.io (the “Site”). If you use our product/dashboard at app.chirpback.io, billing and account features there are governed by the in-app terms and checkout terms presented during purchase. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is the account holder for any services you access. Admins and billing contacts must be 18+.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site or assist others in doing so. Prohibited conduct includes disrupting or compromising security, scraping at scale or automated access beyond reasonable use, uploading unlawful or infringing content, distributing malware, spamming/phishing, or any high-risk use where failure could lead to injury or serious damage. Security testing (including penetration or load tests) requires our prior written consent.

Intellectual Property

Except for content you submit, the Site and its content are the property of ChirpBack and its licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated here. Our names, logos, and marks may not be used without prior written consent.

Links & Third-Party Content

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Privacy & Cookies

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Commerce & Billing (app.chirpback.io)

Purchases and subscriptions occur within app.chirpback.io. When you buy there, orders may be processed by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record (handling taxes, invoices, refunds, and chargebacks). Your statement may reference Paddle. In some regions/products we may use another provider (e.g., Stripe); the processor is shown at checkout.

• Refunds: unless required otherwise by law, refunds are generally available within 14 days from purchase or renewal and are processed by our payment processor (e.g., Paddle acting as Merchant of Record). After 14 days, refunds are typically not available. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order ID and purchase email or you can cancel your subscription from the account settings. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
• Taxes & invoices: taxes (e.g., VAT/GST/sales tax) are calculated/collected by the processor based on your location; invoices/receipts are issued by them.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Haryana, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
